During my many years as a coach, consultant and trainer for companies and as a seminar leader in vocational training and further education, three areas have emerged that are particularly close to my heart: personality development for employees and managers, communication training and the facilitation of team processes. My work is guided by the motivation to strengthen existing resources at all levels. My goal is to support you in recognizing and using these resources as a source of strength.

I have been co-owner and managing director of an international event agency for two decades. For Workswell, I combine my experience in management with my training as a systemic consultant and coach for outdoor experiences and body awareness. Open communication and mental and physical agility create vitality and enjoyment of work. This insight shapes my work.

It all starts with two questions: Where are you now and where do you want to go? Once this is clear to us, we design your personal program with you and select the methods that suit you.

Goal-oriented development is not just a matter of the head. It thrives on the interplay between the mind and physical experience. We therefore work indoors and outdoors. We create phases of reflection and facilitate movement. For us, experience orientation is not a framework program, but an important part of the concept.

Workswell is designed to have a lasting effect. We therefore provide more than just the impetus for development: we accompany the development process and encourage you in its implementation. Various forms of sustainable support are integrated into our programs, e.g. individual coaching, peer groups, follow-up workshops.
